Our process unfolds through three key stages: compliance, enforcement, and sale.
Compliance and Enforcement: Initially, landlords incur no charges during the compliance stage, with tenants facing a fee of £75 + VAT. If tenants resolve their arrears within 7 days through full payment or a payment plan, the process does not advance. Failure to do so leads to the enforcement stage, where our certified agents aim to collect the full balance, take control of goods, or establish a payment agreement.
Sale Stage: This stage is activated if tenants fail to arrange or refuse to settle their debt, allowing landlords to instruct us to remove or sell goods to recover the outstanding arrears.
