It is crucial to understand that the recovery of Service Charge, Insurance, deposits, and electricity arrears is conducted outside the CRAR regulations. Thus, all communications and negotiations with your tenant regarding these arrears are managed separately from the CRAR process, aiming for the complete recovery of these non-rent debts alongside any CRAR debt collection, upon request.
